I’ve long-since settles on Fantastical as my calendar app of choice in the Apple world. However just occasional, like today, BusyCal’s filtering is absolutely invaluable.

This looks like the European ‘CE’ mark Apple (reluctantly) etches on iPhones, but it’s not. It’s a ‘China Export’ mark on packaging for a portable fan. Real CE marks have circles that ‘kiss’ and indicate the product meets all the relevant EU requirements. This version means ‘approach with caution’.

A few years ago I regularly switched over between different task managers (to-do) and notes apps. I now seem to have settled into a happy equilibrium with OmniFocus and Bear respectively.

I am re-reading J.G Ballard’s ‘High Rise’ and enjoying it. I think, without being too specific, he describes a form of social media in how residents relate to each other and the wider society around them.
